How BrandHaven Helped illumiNations Unite Millions to Support Bible Translation Efforts.
The Challenge
Approximately 3,500 language groups have little or no access to Scripture, and over 1,200 people groups lack even a single verse of the Bible in their language. illumiNations set a bold goal: to provide 95% of the world with access to the full Bible in their language and ensure 100% of people have access to at least some Scripture. To achieve this, they needed to grow awareness of the issue and generate funds to support translation efforts.
The Solution
BrandHaven partnered with illumiNations to craft powerful campaigns that inspired action and drove results:
- ‘I Want to Know’ Campaign: Designed to raise awareness for the illumiNations movement and encourage donations.
- ‘Awaiting the Word’ Campaign: A national campaign integrated with events and concert tours in key Christian markets. This initiative educated audiences about Bible poverty while promoting the 12
- Verse Challenge, a three-month giving pledge to fund the translation of 12 verses of Scripture annually.
